How I Started: was a skinny guy, and wanted to get bigger.. thats all :) had shoulder injury, lost lotta weight, down to 160, was 220 before, just workin back up
Why I Love It: just do
How I Stay Motivated: look in the mirror, and see what i need to improve on, currently everything
BB Accomplishments: getting my ass in the gym regularly, being into the game for 15 years
