Put on over 10kg from working and wanted to lose the weight, so joined the gym with some friends. I then began to follow a more serious routine and committed to it.
Why I Love It:
The feeling that my muscles are going to burst and the confidence I get from knowing that I am at the fittest stage of my life so far.
How I Stay Motivated:
I witnessed my friend go through an insane transformation and wanted to do the same. I look at the progress and think about where I could be at.
BB Accomplishments:
Putting on bulk and yet losing 10kg at the same time.

This was taken around 6 months after I first began to gym. Strategy was to increase bulk and then cut. Had not followed a rigid training routine. Was not taking any supplements and not eating properly.
Phase 1: Been on whey protein for 10 months . Followed a more rigid bulking routine, working on different groups each session. Tried to eat healthier.
Phase 2: 20 minute bicycle set on intervals at beginning of every workout. Took on dragon boating.
