I change my workout every two month. I can show one of my favorite.
Day one: Chest + Abs
Day two: Back + Shoulders + Calves
Day three: Biceps + Triceps + Abs
Day four: Legs + Calves.
In this stage now i do 15 to 20 sets for chest, back, legs and 10 to 15 sets...
