Overall Goal: To maintain making gains in muscle mass, more definition and separation, and overall strength while being able to perform at high levels in sports (Texas Tech Rugby) and improving my modeling resume (Page Parkes Agency). Must be in shape at all time

Off-season just started. Time to hit it hard
To maintain making gains in muscle mass, more definition and separation, and overall strength while being able to perform at high levels in sports (Texas Tech Rugby) and improving my modeling resume (Page Parkes Agency). Must be in shape at all time
Goal (Long):
To Weigh 205 with bout 4% body fat level while being able to succeed at multiple sports and modeling; my strength to be as close as possibly to: Bench Press=405, Squat=475, Dead Lift=500 (no real goals just maximum possible). Also to have separation throughout all muscle groups along with max definition and good vascular evenness along with muscle mass and density. With high bodybuilding goals and power lifting goals, I also need to have speed, endurance/cardio, and agility (as well as flexibility): 40yd Dash=4.5, Shuttle run=4.3 Vertical Jump=36, 400m dash= low 50 sec., Mile run= 5 min 40 sec, to compete and win in a variety of sports but mainly Rugby (I play for Texas Tech) and MMA. As well as get work from my Agency (Page Parkes Division Page.713)

I want to GAIN 19 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
4%

I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete!
