How I Started:
I needed to loose some weight and better condition myself and while im there build some muscle so i got a gym membership because workingout at home wasn't enough motivation for me. I was also inspired by peoples body transformations and how they did it, knowing that i could have the same results to. Seeing how bodybuilders looked and wanting to have the same results.
Why I Love It:
It gives me somewhere to clear my head and de-stress myself from my sucky job and from sitting around the house doing nothing. I like workingout because it fullfills my day even if its the only thing i do all day.
How I Stay Motivated:
If i got the pump and the energy thats enough motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
none, but have accomplished the weight i wanted to be at, around the 200ibs area.

my progress is going. I'm slowly adding weight to my barbell press, but my weight is basically staying the same. I want to hit like 150 or 155, but my metabolism is extremely high, and I have a really hard time gaining weight. What about you man?
to bulk or to lose some bodyfat is always our question... the way i look at it is during bulking i'm going to gain some fat. i try to maintain muscle through high protein diet and drop as much fat as possible cycling carbs and adding extra cardio - get fat as low as possible before trying to gain muscles... TRAIN INSANE

haha yeah i get depressed if i don't workout for a long period of time. well maybe just go for like an hour or an hour and a half and in that hour just go nuts at the gym lol
