Medic45 ZeroSubset, The amount of muscle you put on this program won't be as much as an off season plan, however losing fat will make you look bigger. Getting lean will also show you the strengths and weakness that you could work on. Stick with the transformation, eat at least 1.5 grams of protein per weight in pounds (2 grams would probably be better in your case). I am starting to feel skinny myself, but I am going to be riding this program out. Feb 7, 2012 10:15pm

Medic45 Yes, I'm starting to notice the weight loss. My intensity in the gym is also increasing. I started having cravings this week for the first time. I did what kris said and my my chocolate casein protien power with is small amount of cold water and it tastes badass. Jan 17, 2012 11:37pm
