I began training when I was about 15 at a home gym inspired by my father. At 16 I got a copy of Arnold’s encyclopedia for Christmas, joined a gym and have been hooked ever since. I also saw my first natural bodybuilding competition around that time and was very inspired.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling and sensation of training, achieving a "pump" and getting the mind connected to the body. I also like the challenge of getting stronger and lifting heavy.
How I Stay Motivated:
My goal is to be the best natural bodybuilder in the world and seeing the changes in the mirror and my progress in the photos from comp to comp keeps me motivated and hungry to win!
BB Accomplishments:
Winning the 2004 junior state titles and competing against my idol in 2006 and in the Natural Olympia has been a great accomplishment.

It was a great line up in my division. The guy who won also won the overall and then got 2nd in the tall class of the Olympia. My mate who is from the same city as me got a close 2nd and I beat the guy who won my division back when I last competed...
I follow a 5 day split;

Sounds good bro, keep up the great work! Really you eat kangeroo? I didn't know people ate them? What does that taste like? I've had ostrich but never heard of anyone having kanergoo.
Thanks alot bro, awesome lat spread! I'm not gonna set a date for a show yet, I'm working at adding some more size to my quads. As soon as I get them to where I want them I will put my sights on a comp. Do you have any comps coming up?
I can't believe your cardio wasn't that intense, cause you really went down in BF.My cutting is going really well but i just hate knowing that I'm not gaining any muscle and my reps per set are going down too 'cause of the cut, oh well.
So do you plan on doing any shows?
Depends for my squats : i alternate between heavy sessions and lighter with very deep squats.
The deep light squats i do with 100-140kg
The heavy session, i go to 200, but for less reps and a bit less good in form.
