of course..."we" ;) I am actually part of an international organization that hunts down those with untapped potential that they don't use. Its called the federation against groups of flimsy people. (*** People for short) haha.... just hate to to see someone who honestly has a lot of potental go to waste, you know. good talking 2 ya, and i'll be watching for the progress later

Thanks for your impressive words bro. It actually means a lot, although the real hero's are the ones who have fallen, and the families/friends who have supported us throughout hell and back. Pics on the way by the 26th when i get back. Looking for huge gains!!!

no prob bro. Hope they accelerate you to your goals. Creakic is a powerful creatine pill taken in morning and after workout. It will def add size and strength to your frame, but make sure to DRINK WATER!!!! It will dehydrate you with a quickness. As long as you do that...you will be happy w/ results

for starting out with size and strength, I would recommend to throw in some squats and full deadlifts as they are the 'kings' of mass building exercises. Also, what worked for me was to throw in some oly lifts like the clean and press/jerk and the snatch are great options

Absolutely bro...glad to help in any way possible. I have taken a peek at your workout split, and it really dont look to bad. There are a few things i would add in for increased mass, size, and overall strength though. (not enough size in this box...i'll start another one)

hey babe girl...just checkin in on ya seeing how i am doing SO much here at work ;) had great workout today. I'm trying to add in some more oly lifts into my workouts. (seems to be working so far) anyway...hit me back some time babe girl

ok....it's time to hit this up seriously again. From this point on, i honestly have NO excuses. This will start to be put on the calender with everything else. I'm done getting half ass results due to my own shortcomings. It's time to make a 'stand' in regards to my dody.
