How I Started:
I as always the tall skinny and weak guy growing up. One day my close friend invited me to work out with him just to pass time during the deployment. I fell in love with the pump, the rush, and the feeling of accomplishment immediately.
Why I Love It:
At this point, I would go crazy if i missed a few workouts. It has become a part of my life and will always be a part of it. The way I see it...that hour to 1 1/2 hours in the gym is MY TIME and nobody elses. There are no worries about work, what you have to do tomorrow or any other distractions. Even if the rest of the day sucks afterword, you can still be proud of the time and hard work that you put into it.
How I Stay Motivated:
CROSSFIT FOOTBALL!!!! If you have not tried it, then you are missing out. I needed something to pull me out of the grind, and this has done wonders. Every lift has increased. The workouts are crazy hard and fast, but worth it all.

KEEP GROWING....KEEP IMPROVING.....KEEP LIVING!!!!! Mad respect out there for the troops out here with me in Afganistan and Iraq trying to make that bread and come back breathing. Shout out to all the wives/husbands and girl/boyfriends out there who stick with their military sig others cause god knows they put up with some serious bull**** in todays war. Love from Afganistan
