What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Only trained my upperbody.
Didn't eat enough.
Poor form on exercises.
Too much isolation, not enough big compound lifts.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Sometimes on the last rep I can't help myself.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
