for the price you can't go wrong, vitamin shopps got it going for 30..45 servings which is more servings than most prework outs, and the 5g scooper alone is worth it

I wish lol, all i know is i jumped on it for a week and lost like 7 pounds, had to add another 800 calories to my diet just to maintain 150, 3700 calories to maintain 150 is not fun especially when you don't like to eat all the time. You're jumpin on it tho?

When you say no supplements, do you mean absolutely no supplements? lol. I dunno i've been like brain washed it's like i can't even go into a gym without poppin something. Has the str8 food been effective so far you think?

If you supplement it right it works well,i wasn't taking it consistently though, i'm actually using it now i gotta gain 20lbs for a comp in 3months. Human body's are a b*tch when bulking up, skip a meal one day you lose two pounds the next.
