Overall Goal: Back in high school and at Angelina College I was in good shape, healthy. I had around 13-14% body fat, and weighed around 167 @ 5'9. I'm 255 @ 5'10 now, and I want to get back to my old self naturally, without supplementing... I hate all the weight

Back in high school, when I played football, and at Angelina College, when I had workout buddies. Now, however, I am a flabby blob, and need to get back into my workout routine, if I expect to practice bushido and WuShu next semester.
Why I Love It:
Because it gives you energy in the morning! It helps to keep a healthy body; self esteem, and it makes you look better overall.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my fat self in the mirror, and others who have achieved a body transformation.

Lost 30 lbs back in high school, gained alot of muscle.

Goal (Long):
Athletic/Muscular > Toned/Defined > NOT SKINNY
In other words... buff and ripped.
I want to get down to about 170-195, and about 8% body fat. I figure the dieting will be harsh enough at 8%, so I'll see if I can get there first. :P Then move on to something more difficult, without supplementing.
