What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Celebrity? None. Former Mr. O Frank Zane (hence the screen name) absolutely. I think Frank had one of the best physiques of all time.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
pulled muscle. Out for a week or so. Usually happens when I'm tired and get slack with form. Doesn't happen very often but it sucks when it does.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?

Thank you for commenting on my blog. I appreciate your thoughts and support. I will keep your words in mind. I did up some of my weights on some exercises today and that was in fact encouraging. I'm grateful that I have a very supportive trainer too. Thanks again!
