I want to acquire a good habit of going to the gym on a consistant basis.
Goal (Long):
Even though I am not concerned about weight, I am extremely out of shape -a common misconception about skinny people! I want to:
1. Be and feel healthy
2. Tone All of my muscles
3. Achieve better balance through yoga for longboarding
4. Wear a one piece dress without it looking like an olive on a toothpick.
5. I would like to be able to lift my own weight.
6. Rid of this newly developed cottage cheese -yeah for 30's!
