workout- creatine, glutamine, 2 scoops shake, ham hot pokcet
3 eggs with cheese and ham

It worked well, but had to stop taking it over a month ago due to surgery, and now diarrhea. But I'll get back on it soon. I got to give my system a chance to settle down some.

that's great. i put about 50lbs on in 3 months, and after that, the numbers started going down due to being overtrained and under eating. i would say 8-12 week cycles of it is good, then back to a more size oriented program hitting everything 1x week to prevent over training.

Thx ya im not planning on gettin too big, it's not very attractive when girls start looking like men lol. And yeah my trainer seems to only like training girls, go figure. He only works out with men when he's training himself so he has spotters. It might take awhile for you to reach ur goal, but my trainer used to be a skinny kid and you should see him now. You can see his website at marinellimuscle.com. His wife made it and I'm on it too, but it hasn't been updated for over a yr...

I havne't but my husband has tried a few and he didn't like them. Some of them tasted gross and didn't do anything for him! Which brand are you trying?
