is harder than it sounds. I'm trying to find a digital camera that I can use to upload a starting picture. Either way I'm going to the gym tonight to get my sweat on. I have 3 miles, biceps, chest and forearms to do. I'm hoping to meet my goal of 200lbs by next Tuesday.
