I just started tracking Macros. Right now since I'm brand new to it I'm tracking about 4 days a week, the other 3 days I'm a little more relaxed.
I average about 250g Protein, 200-250g Carbohydrates, and 60-90g of Fat daily. Calories are anywhere from 2,500-3,300.
This is for maintnence weight.
Sample Macro Tracking Day
8AM: 2 Pieces Whole Wheat Bread w/2 TBSP Natural Honey + 1 Scoop Whey w/8oz Vitamin D Milk
10AM: Pre Workout - 1 Scoop 10g Creatine Monohydrate, 1 Scoop BPI 1 M.R. 1 Scoop MP Amino 1
11:00: 1 Scoop Whey + 1 Scoop Mass Gainer w/12oz vitamin D Milk
12:30 5oz Chicken Breast + 1 Cup white Rice
2:00-2:30 2 Scoop Mass Gainer w/12-16oz milk
4:45: 5oz Chicken Breast + 1 Cup White Rice
7:00: 1.5 Scoop Whey w/water
8:00: 5oz Chicken Breast + 1 Cup White Rice
10:00: 1 Scoop Whey + Bananna
As i get more experienced I'll look more into gaining, losing, etc. But right now I've got plenty of work to keep me busy and learning!
