How I Started:
All my life I was always called "skinny." After I became a teenager it started to bother me. When I looked in the mirror I saw a skinny kid with no physical apperance.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me a scence of accomplishment. Not just a physical benefit, but as well as a mental benefit knowing that I pushed myself to new limits!
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time I dont feel like working out or start to slack I just picture millions of kids around the world going all out, working harder than me, acheiving more than me... and that usually gets me going again
