I started lifting in Iraq last March at 195 lbs. Max bench was like 205 and I could hardly curl 30 lb DBs. I now weigh 223, can bench 325, curl 60s for reps, and deadlift 425 for reps. Trying to get up to 230 lbs by the 1 year mark in March, and some 18+ inch arms would be cool but they don't like growing much. I want to hit a 500+ deadlift in January, and we'll see where it goes from there.

Maybe some powerlifting competition someday, might need roids for that haha
Nothing really so far hahaha. Trying slow seated BB curls, slow heavy hammer curls, and high rep inclines right now. The pump is great, the strength is great, the muscle growth ain't :)

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Decline CG Bench on a smith, heavy and slow. Weighted dips were hurtin the shoulders, so I like that seated dip machine with the seatbelt.
