How I Started:
I was tired of being weak, and skinny, so i decided to get my rear in shape. Now i need to bulk up!
Why I Love It:
It gives me something to work at--a challenge that i dont get anywhere else.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by setting realistic, but challenging goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I have dropped a significant amount of bodyfat (about 5%) and have greatly increased my strength. now time to bulk up!

about 2 months before i started going to the gym
back has gotten stronger and bigger, but my arms and shoulders are still lacking. I have to hit them harder. NOTE: Started a bulk 1 week prior to this.

yeah dude thats good. my parents bring me to the gym, somtimes my moms is there with me and she goes on the tread wich can piss me off haha cuz the gyms is my alone time usualy. my parents get pretty pissed when i dont eat what they make and make my own thing. ha o well 1 more year till im on my own
