Background

When I Started: May 2010
HOW I STARTED:

Guy down the hall from me in college has into it he really gave me my start and I have been trying to go regularly ever since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It feels so damn good to lift heavy weights. It makes me feel great and happy for the rest of the day and of course I also do it for the senoritas.

Time to work on the back

Hello everybody I strangely feel that I am going to mostly be talking to myself but oh well. I have spent the last few months trying to find a program that truly works for me. I have finally found a chest work out that works which needless to say has been a great relief. Now it is the day for a new back work out. Ok so here is the meat and potatoes of my newly planned program and if anyone has any comments questions or concerns shot me a message I am fairly approachable.
