Background
Guy down the hall from me in college has into it he really gave me my start and I have been trying to go regularly ever since.
It feels so damn good to lift heavy weights. It makes me feel great and happy for the rest of the day and of course I also do it for the senoritas.

Time to work on the back
Posted in Training : Jul 31, 2011 12:22pmHello everybody I strangely feel that I am going to mostly be talking to myself but oh well. I have spent the last few months trying to find a program that truly works for me. I have finally found a chest work out that works which needless to say has been a great relief. Now it is the day for a new back work out. Ok so here is the meat and potatoes of my newly planned program and if anyone has any comments questions or concerns shot me a message I am fairly approachable.
