Well, to be honest. After 20 years of doing this. I'm addicted to the max. My mood will swing if I feel I'm loosing size and muscle. I miss the pump feeling or getting my stress out at the gym.

I know about those set backs.. I broke 415 last year should already be in the 5's. every week i can do 365-375 but reps are low... grrr!!!! look like we got the same leg power thats how leg press looks when i hit it

he was a diabetic and basically killed himself with his bad habits; he was 48 i believe when he died. very sad because i went thru his comas, convulsions, nearly bleeding to death in my living room, dialysis etc. it was like having a part in a horror movie. my boyfriend died recently too. found him dead in my bathroom 3 months ago. i want "achtung" in german script tattooed on my left forearm. i put it there for a reason - i should come with a warning label. :(
