Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training just for having 14! Specially biceps, ABS, shoulders and pecs! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
Ya know, I've some guys complain that with the superpump but I've never had any trouble with it and the two guys I lift with take it and they've never had any trouble. I'd give it a try. Just start with 1 scoop at a time to measure your tolerance fot the first few weeks.
I train my Traps with Shoulders and always do Shoulders on Thursdays. I Rotate my other muscle groups to alter the repair time between days. It shocks my body and I gain quicker results that way.
No, just train Chest once a Week because when you train Shoulder doing Military Press the upper chest comes into play. So if you do Chest Twice and Shoulder Twice you work the muscle 4 times... Lifting Weight don't make you bigger, it only rips the muscle tissue. It's when you rest and recover that you get bigger & stronger...
I'm up 20 lbs now LOLOL It's just that i've been eating more. After my WCBB Camp at the Shriners I up my Carb intake to match my protein. I'm taking in around 300-400 grams of Protein & 300-400 grams of Carb. For every 1 lbs of muscle = 3500 calories extra in your diet over time but 1 lb of fat is 3500 extra calories as well LOL you have to learn your body to be the best you can be!
Thank you very much Zack for your very kind and complimentary words. If you consider anything I have done as inspirational I take that as an honor and it makes all the work I have put in at the gym worth the effort. You have made great progress for one so young and I look forward to watching you continue. Stay strong, focused and determined.
