I'm so happy that I have a body to work on, that I'm able to move, and bring order back into this body of chaotic eating, low self-control and lack of discipline! Yeah, here we go! I am 190lbs, no muscle definition and Loads of Lard on the Skeletal System! Didn't like it, and decided to make it different.
