This is NOT a story, TV Show or Movie, this is your LIFE.
?Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.?

What ZARia9999 Is Up To:
Oct 28, 2009
ZARia9999changed Weight from 181.8 lbs. to 181 lbs., a 0.8 lb. loss in 20 days
I will invest 1 hour per weekday, in taking care of my physical body, by doing cardio 3x a week, and strenght training at least 2x a week.
Decrease my bodyfat percentate to 20's from a current almost 40.
Have muscle definition in my thighs(line between my hami's and my quads), arms(nice dip between my delts and my biceps) and be able to see my abs!
Having a cold doesn't help ..... Is working out with a slight cold bad or is it OK? I don't have any congestion in my chest, but I don't think I can run, with my nose almost 100% stuffed.
most body builders and figure girls drop that much in a week from carb and sodium deplete/load..and dropping water..those weren't fat lbs I lost..mainly water

Things are slowly getting better... was ill for a moment, but things have turned around back in the gym. How are things going with you?
I started by finding a great trainer and trying to maintain my motivation. I know that I have to allow myself to enjoy things I did before, but in a different way. I am seriously driven by competition so I celabrate the small things like bettering one lift, my mile time, or upping distance runs each week. When I feel like I am off track I look back at who I was a year ago and it reignites that fire.
Thank you for stopping by my page and for the comments! I really enjoy being outside! I remember two years ago, I would not have dreamed of running on anything other than a treadmill. Now I can't imagine going back to a gym! You keep up the awesome progress! You are getting it done!
