It is the only thing that I know of that generates ENERGY, by using ENERGY... it's crazy, but even if I feel aweful when I start out, by the time I'm done I feel great..

Read a LOT of nutrition info. Read a LOT of Transformation/Success Stories.

I will invest 1 hour at least per day, in taking care of my physical body, by doing cardio 3x a week, and strenght training at least 2x a week.
Decrease my bodyfat percentate to 20's from a current almost 40.
Have muscle definition in my thighs(line between my hami's and my quads), arms(nice dip between my delts and my biceps) and be able to see my abs!
OK, so I go overseas... stay there for almost 2 weeks and I don't gain an ounce.. then I come back home, fresh from my "victory round" of seeing folks uhhhmming and aggging cause I dun' lost all this weight, and what do I do!!!!
I get all loose with my eating, I get DISORGANIZED and...
