How I Started:
Well, a girl came up to me in a party once and said " OH MY GOD LOOK AT U YOUR ALL SKIN AND BONES!" and yes thats how i ended up crying in the bathroom for an hour. I realized i hated the way i look. People looking at me like i'm ill or i have anorexia but thats all BS!
I guess it just kept eating me away and so i decided to make use of the ,10 minute just a walk away, gym.I mean God knows i don't wanna be skinny,i just wanna be healthy and whats stopping me???
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel good that i'm doing something worth while and i love the way i look when i look into the mirror and see my self putting on weight/muscle.And guys tend to notice me more lol....not that i'm desperate or anything. I don't think about guys when i'm lifting weights.LOL!I just wanna be healthy!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well,,,thas not hard i just look at myself in the mirror...and if i can see my ribs that will send me straight to the kitchen....packing up food and heading straight to the gym afterwards.And ofcourse the thought that i constantly need to keep myself in shape.
BB Accomplishments:
Well....i'm very inexperienced but i have learnt a thing or two after my first visit to the gym.After staying away from tremendous cardio exercises and lifting weight and eating like crazy i managed to gain 4kg in 2 weeks.LOL but that was in the holidays when campus started i put gym on hold and managed very well to lose that 4kg and look like i never exercisedin my life!

Goal (Long):
I want to gain 10kg!!!I'll start doing it today...by working out at home as well as the gym.I'm gonna workout 3 days a week.Following the 3 day a week training workout i found on this site. Doing one sets for each body parts untill full failure.I know its gonna be hard.But i got my mind made up.I am also incorporating belly dances.Because i think it's a good cardio exercise and it also tones your body and lol....i hope it will help me have a good form or figure.Weight training.And Eating like 10 times a day.No i'm serious.
