When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
I would always start a diet and lose weight fast, and then just when i started to see progress i would eat like a pig again. This time i have a set diet and a determined mind, because by this summer 2009 my goal is to lose 30 pounds. My current weight is 198 and i am tired of feeling fat,so i will do all i can to weight 160 by June.
Why I Love It:
I love BodyBuilding because i've encountered people just like me that have achieved their goals, and those people bring more confidence that i could also do it.Also they're people and friend that are here to help and thats something that everyone needs a boost to make it through, because is never easy to lose weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by just thinking about how good ill look in that bathing suit this summer. And also i will be traveling away to my country after 11 years and wouldnt want my friends and family to see me fat or out of shape.
girl, i know it will be hard but u need to try and eat 6 SMALL meals a day to help with the burning of fat and help keep your metabolism up and burning calories throughout the day. right now u are depleating it and it is feeding off of the muscle in your body so u are gaining fat instead of producing muscle.
start out with only taking something like Hydroxycut, or something similar. The BB.com store has really good prices so compare where to get the best deal. and do some research on an eat clean diet. If you do these and the running and working out you will see your body make changes quickly. Make sure that if something doesn't feel right to back off and see a doctor, better safe than sorry when something like that happens. U should reach your goals quickly with this.
I would suggest running 1 mile before doing a workout, say in about 12 to 15 minute time range unless u know u can do it faster. Do a workout for about 45 minutes to and hour (this helps tone u back up so u aren't starting from scratch after all of your cardio) then running for another mile at the end at the same speed. It will really be dependant on your schedule at school.
What is your goal for this summer? I didn't see it posted anywhere. Which college are u going to? If you need any help just ask, I would love to try to help out if I can.
