I've never had a problem looking great when dressed but when I take my clothes off I've never been satisfied with my abs and since my girls are 26 & 21 I can't blame them anymore! I'm working consistantly for the first time to get the rock hard abs I KNOW I can have...after all I'm a Fitness Trainer and know exactly what to do so time to apply my knowledge! My goal is New Years! I want to inspire those making the resolution to start!!!

I wouldn't get as wrapped up around the type of carbs (so long as their complex) but the *TIMING* of your consumption to ignite maximum metabolic efficiency: Carb load *IMMEDIATELY* after fasting (sleeping 6-8 hours) and taper that off within 6 hours to ZERO carb consumption but ramp up Protien intake ... train your GI tract to burn, burn, burn!
