How I Started:
Growing up I was always a healthy kid my mom practically lived at trader joe's or whole foods and my parents always keeping me in sports you name it probally have played it. So it wasn't a matter of if I would like the gym it was more a question of what age I was interesting in starting and for me it was 16 ever since I did my first bench press I was hooked. I never started cause I wanted to get stronger i've always had strength it was more beacause I weighed a buck thirty at 16 lol and needed some more size im up about 35 pounds since when I first step foot into a gym am ready to keep growing cause if ur not, you best believe you be shrinking boy hahaha peace out
Why I Love It:
There is always room for improvement and nothing is perfect best beleive that. If it were none of us would be on this site holla!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm naturally a very motivated person.I push 110% at everything I do. When I go on this site looking at all you guys gets me motivated. lazyness gets you nowhere. Lazy people call it obsession athletes call it dedication

I found this pic of me it's about a year old I was working out 6 days a week at the time but did'nt know anything about nutrition looking back WOW I did'nt have a chest no delts ab's no definition I feel I've made alot of progress
Really happy with the progress I've made on my back over the past couple months :)
This guy taught me that "practice makes permanent" and no matter how tired or beat you feel you get your booty into the gym and do what we on this site know best TRAIN!!! like it was your last .it's all about the consistency and this guy has plenty of it keep going Hard bro...
Very impressive! You should definitely compete one day. Particularly in the teen division (before you turn 20). You have excellent balance, symmetry and definition. I promise you, if you continue to exercise and eat well, you'll keep that physique well into your 40s. Awesome job, man... and thanks for the friend request.
I can't remember lol ;) I think I e-mailed the puc to myself & then opened the e-mail on my PC & right click to save the pic in my pics folders on my PC ...then I uploaded it on bb.com. I don't think there is a way to do it with out a PC but I could be wrong.

I live in BFE so to be in san diego would be like a dream lol.. So how far are you away from san diego? Psht i really dont know how to surf, i couldnt teach you anything lol but i plan on learning, we will learn together haha :p. Nah its not weird, i just got a facebook a couple months ago, im lame hahaha.

Man you are a BAD ASS! You are not big but you got more muscle than 2/3 of the dudes at my gym. You are what we call a genetic freak! You 15 lbs heavier then you are!
