must gain weight... stupid guy at the gym bigger then me keeps telling me to eat and train longer.. i guess he's write. and lay off the nugz...aaaaaahhhh damn.. lowell_g is my inspiration straight up check him out people.
yeah well u look pretty lean ill give u that,still id monitor diet a bit more, make sure your eating enough,getting those carbs mostly complex low fat ones. weight gainer is da **** dymatize mega gainer da ****. im also doing a lean bulk, i do 4 days moderate carbs, 400-500, 300g protien, >120g fat(mostly omegas) then 1 day of high, 650-750g carbs, 350g protien, >120 fat. Workin good up 15lbs since w/ lower bodyfat %
