DOPE DESMOND!! I was checkin out the progress you made. I really see a difference. like your chest is more defined and you lost body fat around the midsection. keep it up Papa DAnte LOL! but anyways lets keep up our intensity, im starting to see small gains in just 3 days of working out. soon enough we will reach our dreams!!!
