I was eating ice cream, candy, soda, and basically all processed foods daily. I was terribly overweight or I guess obese. I realized I had a problem and decided to change my ways of eating and exercising.
Why I Love It:
It's a fun hobby that allows me to set goals and try to reach them. Also, the gym is a great atmosphere.
How I Stay Motivated:
My total disgust for having body fat keeps me highly motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing a lot of weight. And putting on muscle.

My goal is to lose body fat while maintaining my muscle mass to become a lean mean machine.
Goal (Long):
To drop from 15% body fat down to 9%. It's crucial for me to maintain my current muscle mass and thus lifting stats. In order for me to accomplish this I must have a perfect diet. So come November 1st I want to be lean and muscular. That is my goal.
