Background
I was eating ice cream, candy, soda, and basically all processed foods daily. I was terribly overweight or I guess obese. I realized I had a problem and decided to change my ways of eating and exercising.
It's a fun hobby that allows me to set goals and try to reach them. Also, the gym is a great atmosphere.
