Eat what you want, but in moderation. Healthy non processed foods are the key!!!
I believe in eating what you want in moderation. If I want a cookie I eat one! The foundation of my diet is organic meats (locally raised and harvested so I know where they come from), fruits and veggies and as little processed food as possible. I have personally found that when I restrict my diet more I actually fail. If I can eat whatever I want I usually gravitate toward eating healthy and don't want those unhealthy items.

Keep in SIMPLE!
I just don't take a lot of supplements. Main staples are multivitamin, probiotic, and protein powder (I vary the proteins I use).
I am SUPER caffeine sensitive so I don’t do any preworkouts and I’m really careful about reading labels. I know I should take my BCAA’s more frequently, but I ALWAYS forget!
