Hey bud. It was actually pretty gradual believe it or not. I kept very consistent with my diet. I eat the same foods everyday and do cardio post-workout 6x a week. Consistency is the key to cutting my man. No secrets or short-cuts. Just hard work.
Awesome progress bro! You look great! My routine isnt anything special. I just make every workout count! Intensity is the key to my training. I also do drop sets and supersets and it has helped tremendously. Good Luck with the training! -Steve

definitely for bulking, i used it all last winter to bulk..worked out great..but actually i have started again 2 weeks ago..but only trying to add lean like urself..im hoping it goes ok without 2 much fat added.
hey thanks bro. i think the best workout plan that worked for me is supersetting on all my workouts. i superset chest and back, biceps and triceps and shoulders and legs. it keeps me more intense. and i follow a 2x a week of cardio along w/ a pretty strict diet. i'm still improving and hopefuly i can get more shredded in days to come.
