When I Started: Dec, 2003
How I Started: While in high school I found that I enjoyed lifting weights and being stronger than some guys my age! Then, I saw a Ms. Fitness Pagent on ESPN, and from then on I knew I wanted to transform my body!
Why I Love It: It releases stress from studying, and it helps me let go of my frustrations
How I Stay Motivated: I keep pictures of bodybuilders near me at all times to stay reminded. I also converse often with bodybuilding friends.
BB Accomplishments: I competed in my first bodybuilding show in September of this year. I won 1st place novice!! WOO HOO!

You left early yesterday what the hell lol. I did 35 min 3.5 miles cardio yesterday it felt great.. When i left it was the older gentelman at the desk i was like what a slacker leaving work early lol..

Nap sounds good!!! i took one here at work.. lol I could sleep all day i am sooo tired.. That should tell you how my day is going slow and boring just like always. haha. Then class after this grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. :)

Yeah my weekend was pretty good.. Very tiring tho 10 hours of sleep all weekend that sucks but over all it was fun! I recieved a nice sun burn at the race yesterday so a little sore aswell. Glad to hear you workouts are going well for you. I will be in Wensday i have class tonight and tom night.. How you likeing your new job??

Yes i did catch you lol... Doing pretty good just bored at work haha playing on the net. Wow kindof sound like you :). Yea i will be in tonight thats forsure. How is you cardio comming. I had a great cardio work out last night agian. That is one thing i have def improved even tho i hate it sooooooo bad. Well i am sure i will see you at the gym tonight have a good day! :)

Yea i know how you fell about the fat foods that is one of the hardest things for me dieting i hate it and living alone its just easy to swing by and grab something. But as soon as i start my cycle i am really going to eat lean and no cheating lol. So i will see you wed..
