How I Started:
While in high school I found that I enjoyed lifting weights and being stronger than some guys my age! Then, I saw a Ms. Fitness Pagent on ESPN, and from then on I knew I wanted to transform my body!
Why I Love It:
It releases stress from studying, and it helps me let go of my frustrations
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep pictures of bodybuilders near me at all times to stay reminded. I also converse often with bodybuilding friends.
BB Accomplishments:
I competed in my first bodybuilding show in September of this year. I won 1st place novice!! WOO HOO!
