Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I would like to drop a large portion of my body fat, and increase my muscle size by my wedding date: June 14, 2008!
Goal (Long): I would like to: + Drop to 15% body fat (or lower) + Finally develop a chest + Get my weight somewhere around 200 lbs. (I'd take the 15% body fat first, though) + Increase my bench press to 200+ + Dunk a basketball + Develop 18" Biceps
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 45 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 15%

I'm trying James Mace's "Battlezone' program, found on Bodybuilding.com (where else?). The reason I like this is that it reminds me a lot of the program we used in high school for wrestling, and I also like the flexibility of the program.
