I would like to drop a large portion of my body fat, and increase my muscle size by my wedding date: June 14, 2008!
Goal (Long):
I would like to:
+ Drop to 15% body fat (or lower)
+ Finally develop a chest
+ Get my weight somewhere around 200 lbs. (I'd take the 15% body fat first, though)
+ Increase my bench press to 200+
+ Dunk a basketball
+ Develop 18" Biceps
So, today was my first serious day in the gym since high school. I was really surprised by how much I was actually able to lift--I expected to be substantially weaker than I once was. And while I have lost a lot of strength, I'd estimate it at about a 50% loss, which is much better than the...

I'm trying James Mace's "Battlezone' program, found on Bodybuilding.com (where else?). The reason I like this is that it reminds me a lot of the program we used in high school for wrestling, and I also like the flexibility of the program.
