Jun, 2009
How I Started:
Tired of being tall, lanky and thin (ectomorphic body frame). I am motivated to staying focused to lifting big, eating big and clean to pack on some lean mass. No loss of motivation or focus this time around.
Why I Love It:
Endorphin rush :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Imagining my tall lanky-ass frame with tons of layers of muscle mass on it.

Goal (Long):
I already have low body fat, a high metabolism, and lean body mass so I need to up my daily caloric intake. I should be aiming near the 4,000 calorie mark, slowly. Not worried about gaining a bit of fat but will be trying to get as lean of a bulk as I can. Being skinny, tall and ectomorphic with long arms and legs sucks quite a bit and makes lifting, what would be considered 'lightweights', seem like bench pressing or deadlifting a bulldozer sometimes. But hey that's what I've been dealt. I'd like to bring my lifting targets up to reasonable levels. Strength will come, it's only a matter of time and dedication.
Thank you so much for adding me as one of your inspirations. I promise you it only encourages me to work harder and I truly appreciate your support! If there is ever anything I can do to help you out, please let me know!!
Yep. I don't want to stop. I forgot how good this feels. I just need to budget my time. This site has given me all the tools, I just need to put them into consistent practice.
