How I Started:
Since my daughter's birth four years ago I have procrastinated and put off getting in shape because I got comfortable in my skin. It wasn't until recently that I started to realize how much of me I had given up by doing that. I cant wear the things I once used to and I never go to the beach because I dread thinking about getting into a bathing suit.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after working out or doing my cardio. I feel super energized and don't feel the urge to eat anything I know I shouldn't.
How I Stay Motivated:
So far I've stayed motivated by thinking about the outcome. I also know I need to get in shape before leaving in July for my Army training.
BB Accomplishments:
Since I just started I don't have any major accomplishment but I know I will soon.
Hey beautiful! Thanks for checking up on me! I've been really busy and still can't work shoulders but was cleared for low weights for some delts, tri's, and bi's. Very frustrating and very possible that I will now have to wait until next year to compete...but I should be stronger and better by then. How are you?
Lol Heyy, did i get your cheeks red when you read my unique sentence?? Well to be honest, i wouldn't recommend you to take any fat burners, they lame anyways. Just get in a strict diet of low carbs and high protein. Do cardio 3-4 times a week and you straight.

Good morning! My upper body went fine, just started with really low weight...I can't do bench press or certain movements yet for shoulders but at least it's a start again! I'm slowly improving so that's good...just trying to follow my docs. orders. How's your day?
My day wasn't great but at least I had another one! LOL I guess that's how I get through some of the not so fun ones...just being grateful I woke up again! I'm going to try lifting tomorrow for upper body...we'll see how it goes, I still have tendinitis.
Thanks for the add and best of luck with your training I'm sure it won't take you long before you start seeing great results. Just keep after it and don't lose sight of your goals :)
