When I Started: Sep, 2007
How I Started: I have been reading health magazines and all. Then, I started reading other members profiles in BB.com and that gave me the go-for-it for myself.
Why I Love It: I like it, not love it yet. I have to get the hang of commitment and keep going 5-6 days a week. I am getting the hang of it.
How I Stay Motivated: Man..Being sore, motivates me not to stop because starting all over would get me sore again.
BB Accomplishments: I knocked out a lot of squats this past week and loving it. Even when my thighs were still sore, I went for it and that made it feel a lil better too.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): First I want to Lose weight. Gain muscle. And Then, stay fit and healthy.
Goal (Long): First I want to lose about 35-40 Ibs. Then I want to start gaining muscles (to where it flexes), so I can have a thick tone-ness. Hopefully, one day, I could compete in the Miss Thick Atlanta (or wherever) competitions! I love my body too much not to meet my goals. The last time I went to the gym was on September 14, 2007.  I worked out my Upper body, and had some help from my love, Rivi, at the gym.  I did 2 different workouts for each muscle group, where the second workout only had one set.  I worked my biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, and...

About an hour in Gold's Gym 5 days/wk (sometimes 6 days)

-15 Minutes Cardio and then Upper Body

-30 Minutes Cardio and Abs

-15 Mminutes Cardio and then Lower Body

-Go Jogging once a wk at the park..and/or
