I got started in 2007, but I lost track! Now, I got back on and hope to stay that way. I finally made a committment for a lifestyle change and body transformation. Since two weeks ago, I been working out and been eating in portions. I lost a couple of inches. I can now fit my ol' big clothes. lol. As long as I don't gain anymore, I'm good.
Why I Love It:
I like it, not love it yet. I have to get the hang of commitment and keep going consistantly. Did I say I hate working out?
How I Stay Motivated:
Going shopping, and seeing the cutest outfits in smaller sizes. I am like, I can be much more fly in a size 14 because more clothes options are open to me.
First I want to Lose weight.
Gain muscle.
And Then, stay fit and healthy.
Goal (Long):
First I want to lose about 35-40 Ibs. Then I want to start gaining muscles (to where it flexes), so I can have a thick tone-ness. Hopefully, one day, I could compete in the Miss Thick Atlanta (or wherever) competitions! I love my body too much not to meet my goals. Ki Toy has the curvasios body that I have but hers is toned, (where I wanna be)!

The last time I went to the gym was on September 14, 2007. I worked out my Upper body, and had some help from my love, Rivi, at the gym. I did 2 different workouts for each muscle group, where the second workout only had one set. I worked my biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, and...
