Yerylopez Yes I am lifting . : ) thanks I'm currently lifting light more reps I need to definitely clean up my diet having a hard time sticking to it and routine wise I usually just do my own thing. I do legs 2 a week arms twice a week also and glutes and abs any advise ?? I can use it I'm still a rookie at this I use to play soccer since a little girl so I'm learning my bodybuilding facts Feb 23, 2013 11:23am

msparto I have done them oth several times. I also enjoyed insanity The cardio level of insanity is a lot higher than P90X. Don't forget to take progress pics. You will see results doing these programs. Just focus on good nutritionnutrition. Have a great day. Oct 24, 2012 8:01am
