Monday - Chest / Cardio
Tuesday - Back / Cardio
Wednesday - Bi's & Tri's / Cardio
Thursday - Legs / Cardio
Friday - Shoulders / Cardio
Saturdays - Cheat day / Depending on how I feel I might do cardio as well or might take it as a rest day.
Sundays - Cardio
