How I Started: When I got approved to be a teacher, I realised that i need to look the part... Anyway, I want to look good for my wedding picture, which will be taken on June 2007.

Workout Program:
On the 3rd phase of Tri-Phase Training protocol by Scivationbooks.com

Basically, it is a Mon, Wed, Fri training where total body exercises are used on all 3 days. 2 sets of each exercise, but Mon aim for 2-4reps, Wed aim for 4 to 8 reps, Fri aim for 8 to 12 reps.

But, I have changed...

I'm pursuing a phd in educational psychology. Lots of stats, research, and, of course, psychology. I'm loving it! I see you're wanting to compete. You thinking about doing it this year, or waiting till 09? I've considered doing something like American Gladiators....but I've got a LOT of work to do for that. :)

I'm so glad to see a PE teacher that actually can be a role model for the kids. It's amazing how many "unfit" PE teachers there are out there. Congrats on your progress, man, and keep up the good work!

Hmm.. I go to several gyms. I like to hop around these gyms because they don't have certain machines that another has. I go to Yio Chu Kang, Bishan, Hougang clubfitt gyms and the thomson community centre gym.
