Kris Gethin 12wk Hardcore Trainer

I have absolutely loved the 12wk hardcore trainer. Currently in week 10 of the program and love the diversity of the workouts.  Have definitely learned new exercises to add to my future training, different ideas on sets and repetitions.  I thought I had a good graps on workouts until watching these videos.  Awesome workouts+ solid nutrition & supplement routine= success!
