How I Started:
Just decided one day to start eating better and excercising. Threw myself into it 100%. I love food too much to be one of these chicks who never eats.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the changes in my body. I look better physically and I feel better mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pictures, reading articles, entering contests i'm not ready for. Funny how the idea of wearing at thong in front of hundreds of people will get me on that treadmill.
BB Accomplishments:
3rd: Transformation of the Week on Bodybuilding.com!!!
2nd: Competing and winning a Trophy for 3rd place! Qualifying for Britain finals.
1st: Losing all the cellulite on my legs. The same cellulite that I was told would never go away. BS BE-ATCHES!

...and here is my lovely shapeless flabby backside! I really had no idea just how shapeless I was until I saw this picture. I have such a saggy bum, back fat, and muffin top! Blech!
End of chapter 1, "From Flab to Fab". Time for chapter 2, "Damn girl, are those YOUR muscles?!?!" Stay tuned and watch me grow!
I went from flabby to competing so I didn't really give myself any time to build muscle as my main objective was to get lean. In the next four months I hope to put on some lean mass while keeping my diet tight and not cheating on my cardio. I want to go into finals looking fab!
Okay, this has nothing to do with bodybuilding but I'm really excited about this and I figure, if my candles smell like food then who needs to eat?!?!?!? Yeah, just kidding about that.
I'm not even wanting to think about Christmas right now while i'm trying to cut with two big holiday dinners coming up. Training is ok for now. Got to step it up a bit though

OMG u look absolutely beautiful can't wait to see you in person - well mostly cuz i miss ya dearly !!! i printed out your routine tom said i need to get on 1 - i injured my rt ankle doin a pop leg press so now i need to prob get an xray scheduled for this monday....blah hope i didn't injure 2 bad but it really hurts = lvyabi
