Hey, thanks for the nice words. You seem to have some very nice accomplishments too, in and out the gym. Wish you good luck with your next IDFA competition. Shaun Campbell is the man for this great organization. I was supposed to judge for him in June and October here in Montreal but just couldn't make it.

My metabolism is now very fast and it's hard to gain weight but very easy to lean. For the 2005 Can Am, i didn't do one minute of cardio ... and got dry but not as much as the 2003 Musclemania Canada East where i got 2 nd in the MW (as you can see on my bodyspace profile pic).

I was kind of fat in 1992 (217 lbs) and over the years, with proper nutrition, i leaned down. Today, even around 200 lbs, i can still stay quite lean and perform in the gym. I guess it's all those years of eating clean. My macro was 300 grams of protein, 80 grams of carbs (in the last weeks before the show) and 50 grams of fat.

Hi buddy,
Yes, you're right, Frank Consola beat me and he deserved it because he had the size while being a little softer than me.
You've got a great memory man for remembering my song, the Final Countdown !!!
I'll be back and the 2009 Can-Am with more size and ripper than 2005 - took some time for my house and could'nt give 100 %
And you, still competing in the NGA ?

Take care and have a great day.
