How I Started:
I started training when i was studying to become a police officer. I got hooked within a couple of weeks !!!
Why I Love It:
Because i am in full control of my success and it relieves many negative tensions that my work can bring me on a daily basis.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by competing in natural contests that are polygraph tested (which is rare). And the results i get from training motivates me big time !!!
BB Accomplishments:
I got 2 nd in the Middleweight division at the 2003 Musclemania Canada East and 2 nd again (Middleweights) at the 2005 NGA Can-Am contest held in Buffalo, N.Y.
I have also been chosen in 2003 after that contest for artistic pictures in Old Montreal, out of 125 competitors.

Goal (Long):
I will be following the Max-OT training from AST but my diet will differ from the plan proposed in that regimen.
I will be ingesting 225 grams of protein, 375 grams of carbs and 75 grams of healthy fats, spread over 6 meals.
Cardiovascular work will be done only twice a week off-season to keep the most important muscle healthy !!!

That's awesome...I think the videos are turning out great! I weighed about 191-192 for that last show and off season I will probably weight around 230-240...somewhere in there...
I had a show this last October in the Novice Division. Took 1st place it was an amazing rush. I hope to bring your level of leaness to an open class one day. What does your diet and macro count look like, im sure you stay pretty lean even in the offseason to look like that on stage. Cant wait to see you on stage again Yanick
