Smart and Simple Deployment Diet.
The main thing about my diet is plain and simple, being smarter in food choices.
I have completely dropped all sugar drinks to include: energy drinks, pop (soda), juice, and gatorade.
except 6 oz of either milk or soy milk with cereal (Cocoa Krispies or Smart Ones Granola)
I'm trying to cut as many sugars that i can, If i'm starting to crave some sugar i usually just grab something small for a fix: mini lollipop, gum, or peanut butter.
Goal is to stay away from fruit, sometimes I will eat a bannana
I'm trying to eat somewhat of higher protein content and eat every 3 hours.
9:00 am Cliff bar
2:30 pm Cliff bar/peanut butter
5:00 pm Dinner
8:00 pm Cliff bar/or healthy snack of some type
11:00pm Midnight Chow / Consists of Scrambled egg with Vegatables, and 1 serving of cereal.
Daily Caloric intake is around 2200 Calories.
