Get back to my college wrestling shape. I was 172 and cut. I am currently 215 and bulky but not cut. See pics when I post them.
Goal (Long):
Ive always been a fat(lazy) kid, until I started Wrestling in the 8th grade. Sense then Ive been a dedicated athlete. After 5 years of marriage, the discovery of a cheating wife and following divorce...I have made the decision to get back to my College Wrestling shape. However, I need help and I know that Everyone likes encouragement. I'm going to be honest about my work and I expect total honesty from anyone else. I would rather people not like me and know that I am telling the truth and where I stand than be fake. Here's to change!

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Only as long as it takes to change weight, or if no weight change, just to where my heart beat slows a bit. I don't like spending all day in the gym. Also, I see no nor have read heard any benefits to long rest periods. None, I am me. I believe that setting goals based on someone else is setting yourself up for failure.
