Overall Goal:  Trying to figure out how to work out and stay healthy with a slipped disk. Back pain is so overwhelming!!

Fit Status:  found out my back is hurting my back so bad. I slipped a disk! Its so painful! I'm looking at any sites that will help me fix it.

i wanted a change for me and my girls. Met a trainer with a trainer through a family member. love him. He'll kick your butt!! No Excuses!!
Why I Love It:
I wanted to start feeling better!! And be around for my family!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well....,that's hard for me. I need help with that. You just have to try.

Goal (Long):
I was really sick 4 yrs ago come Nov. 23rd. I've been in medicine since I can remember and was told my immunity needed time to recover. My lowest wght was 73lbs. Staying above a 100 has been hard for me. I'm doing great now. My father pasted away which brought me right back to where I was. Well..., it's time to MOVE ON. I want to go back to work and be strong enough to handle it. But I want to make sure I'm always going to be here for my children!!! Now were changing it up as a family.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
DO THEIR BEST TO KEEP IT UP NO MATTER HOW MUCH IT HURTS AND HOW HARD IT IS. DO YOUR BEST FOR YOU NOT ANYONE ELSE!!!

I would take it easy if you have hurt your back. You don't really want to mess with back injuries. Not sure if you would be able to do hanging leg raises or something. Just make sure your back is stationary. I wouldn't mind getting down to ABQ for a vacation. Go party with my friends and see what kind of trouble we can get in. :)

Things are going pretty good. Just sticking to working and working out. Be sure to take it easy on your back. Back injuries are the worst and you don't want back problems. Glad that you are back to working out. I feel guilty if I don't make it to the gym. :) How is good ole ABQ? I imagine it is getting pretty hot by now.
